If you'd like to delete all of your disputes and letters you've generated so that you can start over again from a fresh slate, all you need to do is:
Click on the "Disputes Overview" button
Delete all of your dispute items with the red garbage can icon
Click on the "New Dispute" button like normal
You can now start creating all new dispute letters from scratch
